The "Villa Maior" has four levels and two entrances, one from the ground floor and one from the first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with couches and a sofa bed, a dining table with benches made of old beams from the ancient stables, and a complete bathroom with shower. The entrance on this level opens directly to the path that leads to the swimming pool. A stairway leads to the formal dining room, at the first floor: here there's a beautiful stone fireplace, a dining table, couches and satellite TV, CD player and iPod speakers. A door opens into the kitchen (la "Cucina") fully equipped with metal sink, gas range, gas oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. A door opens into a hallway with two doors: one leads into a large bedroom (the master suite) and one to a full bath with bathtub.
On this floor is the main entrance of the Villa Maior, through an external staircase made of red bricks (originally the ground floor was occupied by the stables and the farmers lived in the upper part of the building).
On the second floor there are three bedrooms: two double and one with 2 bunk beds each with one "drawer bed" underneath, perfect for children (total beds in this room: 6). On the same floor there are 2 full baths with showers. On this floor, a large laundry room with a washing machine is at the guests' disposal.
On the upper floor, the third floor, there is "La Torretta", also called "L'ultimo paradiso" ("The Final Paradise"): from its four windows situated at the 4 corners of the top floor one takes in the breathtaking panoramic view of the magnificent Umbrian hills. The walls of this magical place are stone and there is a double bed and a full bathroom with shower.
